Unscrupulous vendors often sell refurbished Denon products as new and Denon suspects some of their own dealers of participating. Legitimate e-tailers have an agreement with Denon to sell at MSRP. If they are selling at a discount (especially a large one), be very suspicious. Auction site sales are also against their dealer agreements.
